Yates Construction & Excavating is a family-minded contractor working out of our yard at 8108 US Hwy 29 in Blairs. We do the heavy work that gets land ready to use: clearing, grading, excavation, utilities, driveways and drainage. Then we build on it.
Holding both a Highway/Heavy (H/H) and a Residential Building (RBC) license from the Commonwealth of Virginia lets us carry a project from raw ground to a finished home, garage or outbuilding. Customers get one point of contact, one schedule and one crew accountable for the whole job.
